The Tulsa City-County Parking Garage added 143 parking spaces to the Tulsa Downtown Arena District. The 5-level structure utilized deep foundations, conventionally reinforced concrete framing systems, and post-tensioned concrete beam and slab systems. Key project challenges included coordinating the attachments of the architectural metal panels to the superstructure.
