Open Positions
Structural Engineer - Dallas, TX; Tulsa, OK; OKC, OK; Manhattan, KS
We’re looking for a structural engineer with three or more years experience to join our growing team.
​
What You’ll Do:
-
Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects
-
Develop structural drawings, details, calculations, and specifications
-
Coordinate structural design with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other project team members
-
Participate in project meetings and communicate directly with clients and consultants
-
Review construction documents and respond to RFIs and submittals
-
Assist with site observations and construction administration
-
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables as experience allows
What We’re Looking For:
-
Degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering
-
3+ years of structural engineering experience
-
EIT required; PE license is a plus
-
Proficiency with structural engineering software and AutoCAD/Revit
-
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
-
Interest in taking ownership and growing with us
-
Project management experience is preferred

Summer Intern - Dallas, TX; Tulsa, OK; OKC, OK; Manhattan, KS
This is a great opportunity for a civil or architectural engineering student interested in structural engineering and commercial building design. The intern will work alongside experienced structural engineers and gain hands-on experience with real-world projects.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with structural analysis and design of commercial building projects

Perform basic engineering calculations, learn and utilize structural engineering software

Participate in site visits and field observations as opportunities arise

Gain exposure to the full structural engineering project process
What We’re Looking For:

Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering degree

Completed coursework in structural engineering preferred

Strong interest in structural engineering and building design

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
