This all-suite hotel in the heart of Bricktown is a 5-story load bearing light gauge structure with conventional structural steel framing supporting superstructure over an open lobby and event space. Key challenges for this project included subgrade improvements with rammed aggregate piers and the use of helical pier foundation system to frame over an existing underground utility vault.
