The International Harvester building, built in 1938, is now home to the Ross Group in the heart Tulsa’s Blue Dome District.  The terrazzo floors, glazed tile walls, and plaster ceilings as well as other original materials were restored.  Key project challenges included designing and detailing suspended conference room ceilings, reinforcing existing load bearing masonry walls around new openings, and detailing reinforcement of existing bowstring trusses for RTUs. This project received the Merit Award for Design Excellence, AIA Eastern Oklahoma, 2016.
