CenterGate Business Park is an industrial and office campus in southeast Tulsa featuring four flex-space shell buildings. The buildings incorporate pre-engineered metal roof structures supported by tilt-up concrete panels, with wide-bay openings designed to accommodate flexible industrial and commercial uses. The project required detailed coordination of structural connections, roof attachments, embeds and canopy systems.
