Tulsa City-County Central Library

The Tulsa City County Central Library, an anchor in the Tulsa Downtown Arena District, is a renovated 1965 mid-century modern structure.  The existing 5-story concrete structure was surveyed for repairs and analyzed for new loading conditions.  Key project challenges included coordinating attachments of photovoltaic solar arrays to the roof structure, the addition of glass fins and beams structures, and the design and coordination of a monumental staircase.

360 Engineering Group provided services including structural design, project coordination, quality control, and construction administration services for this project.
