Structural Engineer - Help Us Grow in Dallas, TX

We’re looking for a structural engineer with a few years of experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career and help us grow our work in the Dallas area. This is a great role for someone who enjoys design work but also wants to build relationships and be part of growing something new.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a variety of commercial structural projects

• Collaborate with team members in our OKC, Tulsa and Manhattan, KS offices

• Jump in on project management, proposals, and client meetings

• Play a key role in expanding our presence in Dallas

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering

• 2+ years of structural engineering experience

• EIT required; PE license (or ability to get one in Texas) is a big plus

• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Interest in taking ownership and growing with us​

BIM Technician – In-Person Position in either Tulsa, OKC or Dallas offices

We are seeking a Structural BIM Technician with experience in preparing construction documents for building structures. You will be responsible for day-to-day structural modeling and production of construction drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Revit and modeling practices.

• Understanding of building systems and how buildings are constructed.

• Ability to visualize designs in three dimensions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and API-based workflows is a plus.
