The Jones Assembly

The Jones Assembly, an anchor of the Film Row district of Downtown OKC, is a renovated 1920s manufacturing building.  The 2-story structure was transformed into an upscale dining concept and live music venue.  Key project challenges included removing interior floor structure to create a two-story volume space, supporting roof structure with the removal of interior columns, and the design of a monumental staircase.

360 Engineering Group provided services including structural design, project coordination, quality control, and construction administration services for this project.
