Centergate Business Park has continued to expand its mixed-use industrial/office campus since 2015.  360 has provided structural engineering services for (4) of the new flex-space shell buildings.  The structure integrates a pre-engineered metal roof structure with tilt-up concrete panels.  Key project challenges included designing wide-bay openings in load bearing tilt-up concrete panels, design embeds and coordinating roof structure attachments to concrete panels and designing all canopy attachments to structure.
