The Boxyard

The Boxyard, a multi-tenant micro-retail development, is an anchor in the blue dome district.  The project re-purposed shipping containers into tenant shell spaces while creating a unique public gathering spaces and framing stunning views of downtown Tulsa.  Key project challenges included reinforcing the containers for large openings, providing foundation design alternates, and designing the elevated wooden boardwalk at the second level.
